Moerch DP-8 tonearm?

Anyone using a Moerch DP-8 tonearm? Just bought one, but I hear a noise like a hum when I increase the volume when listening to records in my turntable with this new tonearm. This hum-like noise occurs with different cartridges and different tonearm cables. And does not happen with other tonearms. The phono preamp is the same for the other tonearms. The tonearm is very well fixed to the tonearm base. And the noise only occurs when I increase the volume. What would be the possible causes?

I bought this tonearm brand new in USA. It´s more like a resonance in high volumes. There´s no noise with low volume. It´s like a distortion of low frequencies. When I added a 7g rubber weight to the arm tube, the noise completely disappeared. Looks like its a isolation/vibration problem ...

I've added the 7g rubber weight in the middle of the arm tube, and the resonace completely disappeared. And of couse I adjusted the counterweght again for the proper VTF!!

My arm tube is the blue one, that is, the heviest that Moerch produces (14g).
