Modus Operandus for Keith Monks "Archivist" ?

I've ordered a Keith Monks "Archivist". The RCM has the possibility to use two different types of cleaning fluid. Has anyone utilised that feature? I'm interested in the way the Keith Monks can be utilised to it's optimum. Any thoughts and ideas?
