Modifying SR Tesla accelerator active speaker cables

Hi Audiogon’s,
I was wondering if anyone has experimented with cutting SR active speaker cables in sections, and how difficult it is to reterminate connectors for the mpc and bullets? I purchased a 25ft pair of sr accelerator speaker cables with the hope of being able to make 2 ten foot runs out of them? I have a little experience with soldering and some diy amplifier and speaker building, but don’t want to risk damaging them just to experiment.
