I don't know if this will be in your price range but take a look at the Grandinote Solo, 60 wpc of pure class A, remotely controlled and you can select streamer-DAC or pre-phone built in...The price is out of your request but perhaps you can find some other model at a lower price.
They make the very acclaimed Shinai, 37 wpc in pure Class A but you will need an external DAC/ Pre-phono. A lot of very very good reviews on their website...
