I recently had Jeff mod my MK1 dac with level 1 upgrade and I am very impressed. He had a quick turnaround on my DAC and during our conversations he had detailed explanations and when I mentioned my intentions after getting the dac back he sent me couple of freebies that would assist me. If the level 1 is this good, I cant imagine the Signature Series Plus. With the MK2 discontinued and my experience with level 1 I might sell this to a friend and just get the Signature Series plus DAC Jeff sells.
p.s. Insure your dac when sending it to Jeff. UPS lost my dac until I filed a claim and it showed up a few days later.
Modding the PS Audio Directstream DAC MK1 and MK2
I would like to continue discussing all the mods we have created for these two DAC's as it seems PS Audio is no longer allowing discussions about them on their forum.
