I am really a beginner. I wonder if it's possible to take a bi-wire, pair it up and used it as a single wire to connect my amp (McIntoch mc2125) and speakers (Genesis V)? Have any one done this way before and the quality is as good ?
You can pair up the speaker ends if your speakers do not have 2 sets of terminals. Make sure that you do not have any contact from + to - at either end. (also called shorting across the terminals).
