MIT Power Cords

Anyone know when MIT will release new power cords superseding the Oracle AC1 and AC2? I expect new 'MA' technology in the I/C & speaker cables to be extended into the power cord lineup, would like to know how soon. I'm sure one of our members is in the loop; please cough it up.
