Bowie in a dress is the original cover, they changed it, at least in the US, to the black and white cover you might be familiar with. As for the label, sounds like a promo, but I'm no expert.
misprint labels
recently discovered a mercury copy of david bowie's the man who sold the world but the label is not fully printed. there is no mention of the record label on it anywhere it just lists the songs. the cover is of bowie wearing a gown. so i am wondering what this is. is this just a misprint label or something more. any help would be greatly apprectiated
