If your talking rears for the om5's in a dolby surround sound setup, fine.
But if your talking adding them both together in a stereo setup, it will be a total stuff up, especially through the mids and highs, as the ML's will be faster and the OM5's will lag behind, blurring everything (detail, sound stage and imaging).
