Micromega CD players? Any reliable models?

For some reason I've always been intrigued with their CD players and would like to own one in a second system at some point. I've done quite a bit of reading up on their CDP's and there are some real reliability concerns. The Stage series seems to have sold well but the transport and power supply failures have kept me from buying; how about the Leader, or Duo? Or??? Appreciate any inputs, Jeff

I think the Audio Aero is a great choice. I bought Mark Levinson #36 DAC and #37 transport. I had the 380 pre amp. Part of it is ergonomics--they do work very well together. I'm still more prone to vinyl for critical listening sessions.

I had one. I did not have a problem with the power supply, but did have a problem with the transport. The problem was the grease used on the rails for the laser. It gummed up over time. I removed the grease and replaced it with a teflon lubricant, since that time I never had any problems with the unit. This was a stage 2, and at the time I think it was a great sounding unit, particularly for the price.
