Meridian 568.2 or Krell HTS 2 5.1

Hi, everyone
I am debating on Meridian 568.2 or Krell HTS 2 processor. If anyone has any experience with either or both, please give your advice. Advantages, disadvantages, sound, or any inconvience I might encounter. Given the 2 choices, what would you buy? Thanks in advance.

Have you gained any knowledge since your post. I am leaning towards the meridain and the using a krell kav power amp Any advice would be great Jess
