meridian 502 phono card option?

I have a meridian 502 preamp that I am selling here on audiogon. I have been asked if it has phono card installed and if it is mm or mc. I purchase the preamp here on audiogon and do not use that feature so I never asked about it. Is there a way to find out if it is installed? I considered removing the top cover, but it is a meridian with the glass top. Not your typical 6 screw and a top cover. Any ideas on how to go about determining if it is installed? Thank you
