McIntosh MC7300 Heating Up and Shutting Down/Replacing lights

I have a Mcintosh MC7300 amplifier that has recently heating up and shutting down. When I put my hands on the amp the back right hand corner was very hot. I just wanted to understand what the potential issue are before I bring it in for service and what this may cost me. In addition, I have many lights that have faded or not working at all.  If you have an idea what this would cost would also help.
