It's the biggest stereo amp that Mac ever made,built like a tank and weighs only about 150 pounds.I recall listening to one at a local dealer but it has been so long ago I don't remember what speakers were used.
Looks like it has pretty good specs and I remember it having solid bass output with very good dynamics.
I'm sure somebody uses one with difficult pwr hungry speakers,maybe they could give more info.
