MBL system without 6010D?

I am currently using MBL 101D, 9008 power amp and running them directly from a Weiss 202 decorder, without using any pre-amp.

Should I get a MBL 6010D Pre-amp? I am quite happy with what I am getting now. Should I expect a big improvement from putting in a 6010D?

Your advise would be much appreciated.
