MB QUART SPEAKERS

MB Quart must be one of home audio's best kept secrets. I own a pair of QL-S1030's. Smooth and detailed upper mid. Suprisingly low bass extension, but not bloated on the low end - very tight.

Fit and finish is typical german craftsmanship. In my experience, those that have listened to these speakers with good amplification seem to really be impressed and many times end up owning a pair.

Would recommend the entire "s" line depending on application, avoid the subwoofers.

I have had the opportunity to listen to the QL-330 center, QL-530 LARGE bookshelf, Balcony surrounds, and the QL-830's. I installed the center and 830's and they sounded great! They are very accurate, detailed, yet the bass can drop very deep, especially the 530's for their size, FABULOUS!

Originally we used the balcony for surrounds, but they did NOT sound impressive, so we went to the 530. Great bass, but not for surround as I prefer di/bi poles for rear!

MB Quart makes wonderful car audio as well as home audio.
A tad on the bright side (I own B&W) thus, I like that feature.....
