Opinion on matching Octave separates, pre amp (300 SE ?) with their 2 X 130 watt SE amp (320 ?)with audio physics codex speaker. I listened to the V80 SE and it didnt open up the music like the more powerful separates. thank you for your help/ mark
As an ex Octave V70se/V110 owner I have to highly recommend the super black box with those speakers. It lowers the noise floor and gives a hair more headroom.
