Matching cartridge to my Cambridge 640P

I would like input on this please!. New to this game. I have a Cambridge 640p phono amp. I was going to upgrade my current tt cartridge (rega bias 2) to a Denon DL-103R. everything i read online says this is a bad match. My 640p cant handle the low output of the 103R, it seems. Rethinking Denon and may buy Ortofon 2M Blue.
