Does the CD deck have any Digital Output? Cos that is too high of an output impedance

Match impedance of CD with Headphone?
In order to NOT WASTE money, and get good sound I was in need of help. I have an inexpensive CD deck that has an impedance of 32 ohms with and
output of 10 mW. To get good volumn output in the phones do I stay as close as possible to impedance match or do I use higher impedance cans?
Listening will be for Alt Rock/Rock listening but, I don't have need to kill my hearing.
At this point considering Sony MDR-MV-1, Focal Elegia, Focal Listen Pro
