Martin Logan Motif help please

Bought a Motif, thought the els panel was intact, it isnt. Before I order a new panel I thoughtc I might try to fix this one. Problem is, no electrical connections survived a previous shipping disaster on the panel. The rest of the speaker also has damage but I can repair/ improve on it. Can anyone send me some info on how this panel connected? So far all I can make out is a black wire was attached to the left rear of the panel if you were looking at the speaker. Any help is appreciated.
