Newly, I would highly recommend you give a call to Nellie at Audio Federation, they are dealers for both Kharma and Martin speakers. She's an absolute delight, extremely knowledgable, and totally honest in her opinions.
Marten Coltrane and Kharma mini opinions
I has heard both speakers but at differents shops and with different electronics, it shares , at least for me, a sound that is very similar, they are made with the same drivers, perhaps the Kharma a little more sweet and the Coltrane with a better bass and still faster, but also a little more cool.
Another question is which electronics are needed to drive both speakers, it seems that the Coltrane needs a largers amps than the Mini.
As surely there are many owners or audiophiles that have experience with these two speakers, please let me to know yours opinions. Thanks
