Mark Levinson 37 cd player calibration/problem

I have Mark Levinson 37 cd player displace "DRW OPEN".It seam like the cd drawer does not close completely so the cd can not play. Anyone know the procedure how to calibrate the cd player or redirect me to the right place to fix it {prefer south California}. thank you for all input
