Marigo Apparition 5.8 vs Audioquest EagleEye

Currently have the Marigo, sounds great, but have wondered how folks may think they compare.

I have AQ Sky interconnects and AQ Rockefeller speaker, so seem to keep gravitating toward the AQ stuff.

Not unhappy with the Marigo, just sort of entertaining the thought of if all AQ wire would have some special magic, I guess.

Solid state amplification, Audio Note tubed DAC, Amphion Argon monitors.

Thanks! I know, sort of an unusual question, so just seeking opinions, musings, etc.

I owned a balanced Apparition 5.8. Although not a "bad" cable I thought it was over-rated, at least in my system. There are many other better digital cables out there. I'm not sure the AQ is the answer either. As usual, you should experiment. Maybe try different cables through the Cable Company loaner program. Also, if your DAC and transport are equiped with XLRs you could try balanced digital interconnects rather than RCA. Just some thoughts. Good luck.
I am currently using a balanced Stealth Sextet in my system (with the proprietary Stealth titanium, silver and teflon XLR terminations). It is an excellent cable but considerably more pricey than the Marigo. There are many excellent cables between their two price points. But you have to determine which cable works best in your system thus my Cable Company recommendation. The most expensive cable may not neccessarily be the best choice.
BTW: If you do try some different cables, give Virtual Dynamics a shot.
