Marantz sa-8001 or Denon dvd-3910

I am thinking of getting either one of these. I also have a tube dac which I will be using with it. Any idea which one of these is the better player at redbook. I have no SACD's or DVD-a but thought it might be nice to have an additional option. It will be used in a 2 channel setup.
