Marantz SA-7S1 filters and noise shaper

I am a new owner of this player, and am wondering if anyone has any experience with the filters and noise shaper?

It was designed this way. The Noise Shaper works great, will improve slam and bass, just check which filter it works best with. My tube as a great video on getting the best out of this superb unit. Work its weight in GOLD!
