Marantz 1200 power issue

Seem to have lost power to the 1200's boards & pilot light. Light went out slowly over a few hours, although music stopped suddenly.
However, Fuse is good and both switched & un-switched outlets work fine. 
No sound at all of unit trying to turn on...

Read about 10 v across transformer inputs, if that helps...

Any thoughts.
