Maranta 9600 oppo 105 d

I have a marantz 9600 modified by Undrwood hi fi that I like for listening to Sacd and CDs. I am considering the oppo 105 and like to know if I will hear a difference. My system consists of an anthem avm50 and a bat 6200 5 channels. Klipsch reference 7 all crossovers have been upgraded by Dean Wescott.
