Maplenoll setup assistance

I need some help in getting a manual for or retrieving from Vinyl Engine a manual for the Maplenoll Athena turntable. My logon for Vinyl engine had expired and they are not allowing new registrations. any help someone could offer would be greatly appreciated! I have the table up and running and it is amazing! Also I ried going through HiFi engine (which my logon still works) but it just sends me to Vinyl engine which at this point is a dead-end.
