Magnum Dynalab MD209

I'm running a MD 208 with Totem Staff and I was pleased with the sound, than I found a decent deal and I will be getting the MD 209 Hybrid. Any suggestions if I should tinker with the speakers for a "better sound"? I was thinking Forest or Mani-2S (the wife didn't like the "ringing" from the Mani's in two different occasions) maybe The Winds but they might be too big for the room (12"/18") they sounded nice...
