I haven't tried a full system reset yet, but I will give that a go.
Magntar player freezing and stopping
Recently purchased a Magnetar UDP 800 to replace my OPPO. However, I've been experiencing a number of issues including freezing and stopping when streaming and with playing blu-ray discs. Sometimes the unit won't turn off using either the remote or the physical button on the player. To make things worse, their "support" is horrible. Just directs you to their FAQ section without any help, or just blames everything on your home network. I am totally disappointed with Magnetar and their service. Has anyone else experienced problems with their players?
