I do not have experience as yet, but just bought the mini system and may consider selling just the DWM. message if you are considering buying one.
Magnepan DWM/DW-1 Bass Panel
Anyone have any experience using the DWM (or the more cosmetically appealing and wider range DW-1) bass panels to provide more bass (from 40hz-80-hz) for a 3.6/3.7's or a 20/20.1/20.7 speaker? They seem to be designed and marketed mainly to be combined with the MMG panel speakers or one of the smaller Magnepan floor standers. They essentially are a small version of the bass panel section from a 20.1 in a small stand alone panel.
