Magnepan Adapters for Spade Cables?

OK, do I need adapters to be able to use spade cables on Magnepan speakers like the MG 12s? If they are needed, where do I purchase them?

Will bananna terminations work without adapters? I will soon purchase a pair of these speakers for my exercise room and I need some help on speaker cables and their terminations.
