Macintosh/Sonus-Faber House of Sound in NYC

Spouse and I are going to NYC this weekend and I thought I'd arrange a visit to this deal:  House of Sound: The Art of Sound Experience | Sonus faber so I sent them an email through their link, and got no response, then a request through their regular email, which elicited a an apparently automated response about getting back to you after the holidays. Today I checked again and the main page is still there, but clicking on the visit link takes you to a "Site Currently Unavailable" page. Anybody heard whether this thing has closed permanently?
