The N10 should really be referred to as a music server/streamer since it has onboard storage where the U1 doesn’t. I just sold my Lumin S1 and purchased an N10 as I didn’t want to be stuck with the DAC in the S1. Nothing wrong with the DAC in the S1, but I own a Directstream DAC and additionally the N10 will suit my needs in that it has 8TB of onboard storage and plays all files from the internal 256GB SSD drive. No NAS and ethernet/Wifi issues when the storage is onboard.
Lumin U-1
Does anyone have any experience with the Lumin U-1 streamer versus the Aurender N10? I like the fact that the Lumin is a little less expensive and that it will soon offer Qobuz in the US. Also it sounds like the user interface is easy to use like Aurenders.
I’ll be streaming to a Chord Dave.
Thanks!
