Lumin D2 settings

Hello everyone - I was wondering if anyone could provide the best settings for my Lumin D2?    I am not planning on using an external DAC, although I use a Benchmark for cable tv.    I am using a BAT VK-80 preamp.   I am not using the volume control on the Lumin.   Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
