LUMIN D2 no sound?

Just purchased LuminD2 . Have dedicated LAN 
line in. Turns on picks up Tidal .  I have a McIntosh C2500 preamp connected to LUMIN via Balanced XLR cables. I have hooked to Balanced 2 imputes on McIntosh preamp. Was on phone with McIntosh support. Assigned Aux to Balanced 2 but no sound output. Tested Balanced 1 and 2 output and changed cables to test. All good so must be setting in Lumin2 . Volume says %100 on LUMIN. Tried Spotify as well but same result. Can anyone walk me thru settings on LUMIN app that work for them? Any other ideas? Thank you.

I have LuminX1

On Set upPut ´´ Active Audio Output ´´ on ´´ Analog ´´
Put ´´ Volume Control ´´ ´´ Off ´´ that way , the volume will be directed from your pre amp

I have the french version so the titles may be different.

I use Ipad and IPhone  apps
