Lsa Signature amp volume control issue

New member. I have this amplifier and the issue is the volume control. It can be adjusted manually or with remote. While working fine yesterday now it dorsnt work. Remote has no affect on it, and adjusting it manually it will rotate back to zero by itself as soon as i take my finger off of the knob. I have done everything possible to troubleshoot. New batteries, unplugging for 15 minutes to reset, powering on anf off. The remote does work when you change inputs, just no affect on volume control.
