LP Gear (Nevada) Customer Service?

I am considering buying a new Jico stylus from LP, probably followed by other purchases this year.  I am looking for A-gonners' opinions on their customer service, etc. (???).  Any other vendors recommended for purchasing new Jico items?  THANKS much.
