LP Cleaner recommendation - Price/Perf sweet spot?

Apologies if there is a prior thread on this (I've looked back about 18 months and don't see one). I've had some good luck buying used vinyl at estate/garage sales to the point where something better than the old Discwasher handheld might be worthwhile.

Amazon has a variety (Spin Clean Mk-II and "retro", Record Doctor V, Crosley AC-1001A BK or RE) in the $50 - $200 range. Any thoughts on a good but not crazy ($600 versions) unit. Mostly 33s, but also 78s and the occasional 8' 78 as well.
