Loricraft PRC3 Noisy

Thanks. I did this and tightened everything and now it's back to normal. New issue is that I want to take the arm off and clean it but because I live at the beach, the arm is corroded in place. Hopefully some 3 in 1 oil will seep down into the shaft and free it....

What kind of noise?  If it's rattling inside the case, you could try opening up the case to inspect.  Carefully pry off the black plastic buttons on the top plinth to expose the screws.  
Have you asked your dealer for support?
