I think a good choice on the Aro arm would be a ZYX R-100 FS Fuji. It is a really nice one, that has a weight and compliance that would go well with that arm. It will far exceed many cartridges that cost much higher. It is not cheap at $2k, but it is real good.
Looking for suggestions on a cartridge upgrade
I am currently looking for input from folks who have experience with a set-up simular to mine. I'm trying decide on a cartridge upgrade for my linn lp12 non-circus, lingo, naim aro arm, troika cartridge. I am also currently using a Naim 72/Hicap with a K board. Has anyone tried the troika refurbish, or had good success with other cartridges with this arm and simular set-up?
