Looking for Rene' Besne

I am trying to track down Rene' Besne former business partner of Nelson Pass. He had a company called Quadrature that manufactured speakers. It was located in Rancho Cordova, California. I am trying to obtain software for the DSP speakers that he built. I own the model 4. Thanks for any information.
