Looking for a SS pre with mono and phase reverse

Hi All,
I'm looking for a good SS pre with at least one balanced in/out, mono, and phase reversal for about $2k. Any thoughts....?

I would suggest these would be much more effective used with a remote control. It's amazing just how many recordings are in different phase.
