JBL Flip or Charge models. Multiple ones to choose from. Excellent sound quality. JBL touts the waterproof capabilities, though I’m not sure about it floating. A number of friends and myself do love the sound quality.

Looking for a good Bluetooth speaker that has a few specifications.
the sound quality, no clipping at full volume or very little. Has a good mids highs and lows not amazing but at least good.
waterproof can be fully submerged 3)floats in water
My budgest is sub $200
