Looking for a digital cable 75 ohm

Hi guys, I am looking for your recommendations for a digital co-axial cable to run between my sony dvd player to my Schiit Modi multibit dac. This eventually feeds my bottle head crack headphone amp. I want to buy the cable once and be done, ans so with this in mind I narrowed down to 3 options:

I just bought a PS Audio Stellar Gain DAC/pre-amp, and was thinking I'd have to pick up a PS Audio Direct Stream Memory Player to be able to play my CDs and SACDs over the I2S connection. What can you tell me briefly about this mod, how much it costs, how it can be performed, etc.? Do you have a link? Thanks.
