Loading for Clearaudio Virtuoso mkII

This may be a stupid question, but here goes. I just bought a Pass Labs Aleph Ono phono preamp and am trying to figure out the best loading for my Virtuoso cartridge. The preamp can be set between 0 and 630 pF (100 increments). According to the Stereophile review of the cartridge, it's load capacitance is 100 pF.

OK, here comes the potentially stupid part - should I set the phono preamp to 100 pF? I have it set there now, but it seems a little bass shy...
