LM Mini 218 and Triode Ruby - are they the same?

I have been looking into buying a Line Magnetic Mini 218 and have been reading about it on different forums and comments. Today almost unexpectedly I came across the Triode Ruby, and the first thing that struck me was that it was almost too similar to the LM Mini 218.

Now when I google the specs for the two amps, they are pretty darn close and the visual similarities are just very close.

I don't want to jump to conclusions, but am beginning to wonder if they are the same amp in different colors.
