Live CD Recommendations

I have been on a live CD kick lately and would love to hear some recommendations. I am interested in not only good music, but also good recordings of the live event.

I really enjoy Who / Live at Leeds, Talking Heads / Stop Making Sense and Cheap Trick / Budokan. Stuff like that.

Any suggestions for live CDs that are recorded especially well?

Bonus points for any Prince or Elton recommendations.

Any genre.

Thank you all for all of the recommendations so far. Please keep them coming.

Forgot to mention Zeppelin ’How the West Was Won’ in my first post. Yes this one is a great live set and I do still listen to the CD. Maybe I will throw that one in later tonight. It does sounds great.

My immediate short list so far in no real order, but I will get to a lot more of these in due time.....

Allman Brothers Band - “Live at Filmore East”
Bonnie Raitt - “Road Tested” - I always liked her
Rush - “Rush in Rio” - Can’t believe I missed this one before
Sarah Mclachlan-Mirrorball.
Diana krall / live in paris - Listened to the first half of this on Spotify and I see what you mean about a good test. The CD that I just ordered ($3 on decluttr) will sound great I am sure.
UFO / Strangers in the night - This has been on my list for a while, thanks for bringing it up. Eddie Trunk is always talking about this one.
Roy Orbison: Black & White Night.
Dave Brubeck Quartet - “Live at Carnegie Hall”
Harry Chapin - ’Greatest Stories’
John Mayall

Keep them coming and we can all find something new.

I will post a complete list of all of the ones mentioned in about a week so it will all be in one place.

Thanks again.
