The audio circuitry from de 1.1 is complettly different from 2.1. In fact, what you can find in a 1.1 is much clother than what you find in a CD-12, wich is one of the best Cd player in the world... Praticly, the sonic performance is much better with the 1.1, but the video part are the same.
