Linn Arkiv B cartridge loading

The manufacturer specification sheet states "recommended loading > 50 ohms". This leaves a lot of possible choices between this and the standard value of 47Kohms! like what is now the case in my Jadis tube phono preamp. I read in the stereophile review of this cartridge that the recommended load is 100 ohms. Now, the helpline of Linn says to me that the cartridge has a "nominal" impedance of 470 ohms (BTW what means nominal??). I am lost...
I do not want to spend a hell of a time trying to determine if 400 ohms sound better than 600 ohms If anyone has experience with the Arkiv B and could give me a resistance that will work well I would appreciate it. Thanks Richard
